What is Parkland Financial and how can I apply?

Parkland Financial Assistance provides financial help for medical services and healthcare received at Parkland and Parkland Clinics in the area. 

If you are a Dallas County resident, you may be eligible! To check your eligibility and apply follow these three steps: 

  1. Complete the application, asset/resource limit test and employee verification forms.
  2. Gather the documents needed. Parkland requires proof of:
    • That you live in Dallas County (residency) *you do not need to be a citizen to be eligible* 
    • Valid photo identification (ID)
    • Income
    • Number of people in your household
  3. Review the required document list and clinic locations.
  4. If you have Medicare and are applying for Parkland Financial Assistance, please complete the asset questionnaire form.
  5. Return the completed application and copies of all documents. You can return the form and proof in any of the following ways:
