What is Parkland Financial and how can I apply?
Parkland Financial Assistance provides financial help for medical services and healthcare received at Parkland and Parkland Clinics in the area.
If you are a Dallas County resident, you may be eligible! To check your eligibility and apply follow these three steps:
- Complete the application, asset/resource limit test and employee verification forms.
- Gather the documents needed. Parkland requires proof of:
- That you live in Dallas County (residency) *you do not need to be a citizen to be eligible*
- Valid photo identification (ID)
- Income
- Number of people in your household
- Review the required document list and clinic locations.
- If you have Medicare and are applying for Parkland Financial Assistance, please complete the asset questionnaire form.
- Return the completed application and copies of all documents. You can return the form and proof in any of the following ways:
